1. Data We Collect

When you subscribe to or use SolPulse, we collect:

Email address — required for account access and signal delivery
Phone number — required for SMS alerts (Pro and Alpha plans only)
Payment data — processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
IP address and browser data — collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance
Subscription and usage data — plan type, subscription status, signal delivery logs

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

Deliver trading signals via email and SMS
Authenticate your access to the subscriber dashboard
Process and manage your subscription via Stripe
Send transactional service communications (access links, subscription notices)
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

3. Third-Party Services

We share your data with the following processors only as necessary to operate the service:

Stripe — payment processing and subscription management (Stripe Privacy Policy)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Twilio — SMS delivery (Pro and Alpha plans)
MongoDB Atlas — encrypted data storage
Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your account data is retained for 90 days to support reactivation, then deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Security

We protect your data using industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls limited to the minimum necessary, and HTTP security headers on all pages. Access tokens are stored as cryptographically random 256-bit strings. We do not log full authentication tokens.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Opt-out — California residents may opt out of data sale (we do not sell data)

To exercise any right, email support@solpulse.xyz with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

SolPulse uses a single session cookie (sub_token) strictly necessary for subscriber authentication. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. International Transfers

Your data is processed in the United States. If you are located in the EU or UK, your data is transferred under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR and UK GDPR.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
